Arrival
A trained, certified phlebotomist arrives at the location you gave us, at the agreed time. You do not need to prepare anything beyond whatever fasting your test requires.
The draw
Quick, professional collection using standard sterile technique and single-use supplies — the same procedure as an in-clinic draw. Typically about 20 minutes from hello to bandage.
Specimen handling
Your samples are labeled, packed, and securely transported to the designated lab or FedEx.
Results
Results are delivered by the provider or lab that ordered them. We do not hold or interpret results — your doctor contacts you exactly as they would after any other draw.

Win Lose or Draw is a locally owned mobile phlebotomy service based in Tucson. It is not a franchise and it is not a call center — when you book, you are booking with the person who will be standing at your door.
Hyacinth is a certified phlebotomy technician who does this work every day in homes, offices, and care facilities across southern Arizona. Nervous patients, small veins, kids, seniors, and people who have been told they are a hard stick — that is most of the job, and it is the part she is best at.

Do you accept insurance?
Your lab fees may be billed to insurance through your provider's order, and our mobile draw fee is billed separately. We already work with some insurance options and are actively adding more, and we accept FSA and HSA cards. What applies depends on your plan and how your provider wrote the order, so call us at 800.309.4606 and we will check yours before you commit to anything.
How much does a visit cost?
A flat $55 mobile draw fee per visit, plus any lab fees your test requires (billed separately by the lab).

Yes — a valid order from a licensed provider is required for lab testing. If you don't have one yet, we can help point you toward getting one.

Is mobile phlebotomy safe?
Yes — every draw is performed by a licensed, experienced phlebotomist using standard sterile procedure, same as an in-clinic draw.
I am genuinely afraid of needles.
That is completely normal, and it is something we handle every day. We go at your pace, talk you through what is happening if you want that, and never rush. Plenty of people who dread this tell us afterwards they barely felt it.
