We collect only the information necessary to schedule and provide your mobile blood draw service: your name, contact information, service address, and appointment details. When you check whether we serve your area using our map tool, your entered address is used only to calculate coverage and is not stored or logged.

Booking and payment for services is currently handled through our scheduling partner; please refer to their privacy practices for information collected during that process.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide your requested service (such as your lab or ordering provider).

Cookies and analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it — which pages get read, how long visitors stay, and which parts of Tucson and southern Arizona they come from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your device's IP address. We use it to make the site better; we do not use it to identify you, and we never combine it with anything you tell us when you book.

We do not run analytics on the pages that involve your care. Our booking pages, our payment confirmation page and your account page load no Google tags and send nothing to Google — not the page you were on, not the appointment you made, not the fact that you were there at all. That is deliberate, and it is why those pages are listed separately in our site's own configuration rather than left to a setting someone could forget.

You can opt out whenever you like. Use the “Opt out” button in the notice at the bottom of this site and analytics stop on that device and stay stopped; browser privacy extensions and ad blockers will also stop them. Opting out does not affect your ability to book, pay, or use your account.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use analytics data for advertising. Google's own handling of the data it collects is described in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
