Do you accept insurance?
Lab fees may be billed to insurance through your provider's order; our mobile draw fee itself is a separate, flat cash-pay fee.
How much does a visit cost?
A flat $70 mobile draw fee per visit, plus any lab fees your test requires (billed separately by the lab).

Do I need a doctor's order?
Yes — a valid order from a licensed provider is required for lab testing. If you don't have one yet, we can help point you toward getting one.
How do I schedule an appointment?

How fast will I get results?
Results are sent directly to your ordering provider or lab — we don't handle or interpret results ourselves, so turnaround time depends on your specific test and lab.
Is mobile phlebotomy safe?
Yes — every draw is performed by a licensed, experienced phlebotomist using standard sterile procedure, same as an in-clinic draw.
Do you draw blood from children or elderly patients?
Yes, we regularly serve patients of all ages, including seniors and kids.
How do I prepare for my draw?
Stay well-hydrated, avoid alcohol and caffeine, dress comfortably, and remain calm. Some tests require specific prep, like fasting — check your test's instructions or ask us when booking if you're unsure.
How long does a visit take?
Most visits take about 15 minutes.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, subject to availability — see our STAT/Same Day Draw service.
What if my test isn't listed on your site?
Contact us — we handle many custom orders beyond our listed packages.
Is my information kept private?
Yes, your information is handled confidentially and only shared with you, your ordering provider, and the lab.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, FSA, HSA, and personal checks.
Can you draw at a facility, not just a home?
We offer the flexibility to perform our services at any location that's safe and convenient for you — your home, office, or another location.
